Terms and Conditions

1. Coach/Consultant (Argentum Consulting, LLC) will provide services to the Client (You), which may include goal-setting, accountability, and support.
2. The duration and frequency of sessions will be as agreed upon by the Consultant and the Client.
3. The Client agrees to be responsible for their own decisions and actions during and after the sessions.
4. The Client agrees to pay the Consultant the agreed-upon fee for the services. The fee will be based on the package chosen by the Client and outlined in the pricing plan provided by the Consultant.
5. All sessions will be confidential and information shared during the sessions will not be disclosed to any third party, except as required by law.
6. The Client acknowledges that consulting is a comprehensive process that may involve personal, emotional, and/or professional decisions. The Consultant does not guarantee any particular result or outcome for the services provided. The Client agrees that services are non-refundable and the Consultant is not liable to the Client for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the services provided. 
7. These terms represent the entire understanding between the Consultant and the Client and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements.
8. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas.

        9.  By booking any services with Argentum Consulting LLC, you acknowledge that you have 

             read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
