The Consultant provides strategic consulting services, which may include assessment, analysis, strategic recommendations, business clarity, operational insight, and advisory guidance. Services are tailored to the needs of the Client but are not therapy, legal advice, financial advising, or any form of regulated professional service.

The Client is solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from consulting sessions. The Consultant provides insight and direction; the implementation and consequences of those decisions rest entirely with the Client.

The duration, scheduling, and frequency of sessions will be agreed upon between the Consultant and the Client. Additional work outside of scheduled sessions may be subject to additional fees.

The Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the selected consulting package or engagement structure. Payment terms will be outlined in writing prior to the start of services.
All fees are non-refundable, as the Consultant’s time, expertise, and scheduling commitments are allocated upon booking.

All information shared by the Client during sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with the Client’s explicit permission.

The Consultant does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Every business is different, and outcomes depend on the Client’s decisions, actions, and circumstances. The Consultant provides professional insight, not guaranteed performance or results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Consultant shall not be liable to the Client for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or loss of opportunities.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Consultant harmless from any claims arising from actions taken based on the Consultant’s recommendations.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the Client and the Consultant and supersede all prior discussions, proposals, or understandings.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

By booking services with Argentum Consulting, LLC, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
