For more than 30 years, I’ve been the person business owners call when things get confusing, stagnant, or out of control. I’m not a theorist, and I’m not a “coach.” I’m an operator — someone who has built, run, fixed, grown, and owned companies across multiple industries.

I’ve sat on both sides of the table:
The owner who must make the decisions, and the operator who knows how to fix the system.
That dual vantage point is why my work lands differently.

I’ve done this in corporate environments, in my own ventures, in acquisitions, in operational failures, and in the kind of real-world pressure chambers no academic framework can prepare you for.

This isn’t theory — it’s applied judgment, forged through decades of real-world problem solving and decades of having to live with the outcome.
