For more than 30 years, I’ve been the person business owners and individuals call when things get confusing, stagnant, or out of control. I do not approach business or personal problems like a conventional consultant or coach. I approach them as an operator: understand what is happening, determine what needs to change, and help the client act.
I’ve sat on both sides of the table:

I’ve done this in corporate environments, in my own ventures, in acquisitions, in operational failures, and in the kind of real-world pressure chambers no academic framework can prepare you for.
This isn’t theory, it’s applied judgment, forged through decades of real-world problem solving and decades of having to live with the outcome.
