I’ve spent 30+ years across different industries, business models, and operating environments. Healthcare services, professional services, retail, manufacturing, recruiting, sales organizations, startups, turnarounds, and service businesses all have different surface details.

But the root issues are often very similar.

Strategy. Sales. Operations. People. Process. Follow-up. Pricing. Execution.

That cross-industry perspective is one of the reasons I can usually spot patterns quickly.
