My name is Christopher Canis.
My consulting work is based on 30+ years of real-world experience, not theories or one-size-fits-all “programs.” The best way to address problems or projects is to face them head-on and take action. I have worked in multiple industries and owned several companies, overcoming adversity and difficult situations that give me a unique perspective on how to triage, strategize, and implement effective business or personal action plans.
I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and utilize the same leadership and project management skills I learned while serving. Those skills have served me well in my civilian career for over 30 years.
Working together, we’ll identify strengths, mitigate weaknesses, and quickly build strategies and implement action plans that are tailored to the unique strengths and challenges of you and your business.
